A deposit will be collected from each participant before the trip departure and will not be refunded in case of cancellation due to personal reasons.

• Before Departure: Trip cancellation, full refund without any charge.
• After departure: If you arrive at your destination and the trip cannot continue due to a sudden change of weather, we will only refund the cost of the tickets for that activity.

Since Sukumo has outlying island tours, if the ferry is canceled due to weather conditions after departure, and it is not possible to return at the scheduled time, and it is necessary to stay an extra day for accommodation and other expenses, such expenses will be absorbed by the customer.
